Sunday night calls for pudding 😀
Choux pastry something that I’ve never really been able to master, so to say I was delighted with these is an understatement. I’m not sure why I’ve had such a problem with it in the past – it’s not that difficult, but I’ve always seemed to manage to mess it up one way or another. Now I’ve had success with this Mary Berry recipe, I’ll stick with it in the future!
The only oops moment I had making these was when my rubbish piping bag split so I ditched it and used two spoons instead. So that’s why they look a little rustic! Note to self: order the brilliant, strong so very little chance of splitting Lakeland disposable piping bags as soon as I can afford it!
I stuffed these with Mackie’s vanilla ice cream and I made salted caramel and chocolate sauce to pour over. Yum!
