Oxo Good Grips French Press Giveaway

image

Recently Oxo were kind enough to send me their lovely French press to try out. If you read my blog or follow my Facebook page you probably know I’m an absolute coffee junkie so this was a real treat for me!

I was impressed by the sleek design of the Oxo French press – it looks good enough to sit out on your kitchen counter. I’ve never had a coffee maker like this before because I had always assumed they were a nightmare to clean and to be quite honest, not worth the hassle. But the Oxo French press is an absolute breeze to clean. It couldn’t be simpler really. The unique patented groundskeeper catches all the grounds – when you’re ready to clean the press, just lift up the groundskeeper and dispose of the grounds. Easy peasy!

I’ve used the French press nearly every day since it arrived and it’s been lovely having proper, fresh coffee in the morning. My day doesn’t start until I’ve had a least two strong cups of java!

The only thing that had me slightly confused at the start was the instructions that to get best results, only coarsely ground coffee should be used in the press. But a quick search on Google sorted that out – other bloggers who have tested the coffee machine out all used Dowe Egberts ground coffee which is widely available in most supermarkets. My favourite is the morning Americano.

The press is £34.99 and available from many major retailers and online.

However….Oxo have kindly offered to send one of you lovely people (UK only, sorry) a French press!

All you need to do to enter is click on the Rafflecopter link below and follow the instructions. The more options you choose the more chance you have of winning! Good luck!

The competition is open from midnight 26th November to 10th December. The winner will be selected at random via Rafflecopter and will receive an Oxo Good Grips French press. UK only.
