No Bake Chocolate Orange Traybake

A no bake chocolate traybake with orange Aero and Terry's mini chocolate orange!

  • 125 g Butter
  • 300 g Milk chocolate OR 150g EACH of Milk and Dark Chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Golden Syrup
  • 300 g Rich Tea or Digestive Biscuits
  • 100 g Orange Aero bar, roughly chopped
  • 125 g Terry's mini chocolate orange Reserve a few for the top

For the Topping: 100g Milk OR Dark Chocolate


    • Grease and line and 22cm square tin.
    • Grease and line and 22cm square tin.
    • Place the chocolate, golden syrup and butter in a large pan and melt over a low heat, stirring occasionally. When the mixture has melted and is smooth, remove from the heat and pour in the crushed biscuits, orange Aero chunks and mini Terry’s chocolate orange pieces. Stir together then quickly tip out into the lined tin, smoothing it out with a spatula. Place in the fridge while you make the topping.
    • Melt the 100g chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Pour the melted chocolate over the top of the traybake and using a spatula, coax the chocolate into the corners, trying to get an even covering. Top with the mini chocolate orange pieces and place in the fridge to set for a minimum of 2 hours before cutting into bars.
