Scottish Recipes

I've lived in Scotland my whole life and I know a thing or two about Scottish food.  It's not all about haggis (I do love it though!) and I've never eaten a deep fried Mars Bar in my life!

Many of these recipes are inspired by the cooking I was brought up on. You'll find Cullen Skink, Scottish mince and tatties, Scottish tattie soup , a recipe for foolproof Scottish tablet and my Grannies best Scottish shortbread recipe to name just a few.

What's my personal favourite?  It has to be the classic Empire biscuit!
